Ostenex™ Neck Comfort Stretcher is a three-layer inflatable collar in grey flocked fabric over PVC, closed at the front with two hook-and-loop tab straps.
A hose runs from the collar and splits to feed all three layers, fed by a black rubber hand bulb pump. There is no fixed shape underneath — the structure comes entirely from how much air you put in.
